We are currently looking for a talented RA Artwork Officer in our Pharmacy House RA Department.
You will be responsible for proactively managing the lifecycle of the artwork for medicinal products and medical devices. You will work closely together with the supply chain and legal department and report directly to the RA Manager PI.
THE JOB DESCRIPTION
RA Artwork Officer undertakes full responsibility of the following:
Regulatory Affairs
- You develop artwork in close cooperation with the design office
- You prepare artwork for commercialization or license/variation requests by checking the specific characteristics of the imported product, the lay-out and text of the Belgian reference product, legal comments and technical requirements
- You verify if imported medicinal product batches are conform with the current license and take appropriate actions if not
- You manage the request, submissions and storage of medicinal product samples according to procedure
- You assist in the preparation of license/variation requests
- You print and assemble artwork prototypes (cartons, labels, …) with the internal printer or request the prototypes from external suppliers, and take pictures/scans of the prototypes and samples for the license dossier
- You communicate license and artwork updates to all relevant stakeholders within the company
- You assist the Legal department in preparation of notification letters by providing clear information regarding artwork updates.
- You update RA databases
- You support the RA team in related tasks when needed
Your professional profile
You have good knowledge of MS Office. A bachelor’s degree in languages or life sciences preferable.

- Big amount of common sense
- You have interest in the pharmaceutical world, knowledge is a plus
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- You have excellent knowledge of Dutch or French and a good knowledge of English. Knowledge of German is a plus.
