We are proud to announce that Libor Matyasek is replacing Ivo Peeters as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the group as from 1 July 2024.
Libor, a Czech national, brings over 20 years of international experience including finance leadership roles in pharmaceutical and private equity backed companies. Libor will take the role in succession to Ivo Peeters, who has served as Group CFO since 2011.
Filip Van de Vliet, CEO of A.forall, comments on the CFO switch:

Although he will be really missed as a highly esteemed colleague and co-architect of A.forall, with Libor we definitely have found a worthy successor that is up to the task of continuing to bring the growth of our company to the next level. Moreover, Ivo will remain with us in an advisory role to temporarily continue to support Libor and the group on key projects.”
