JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently looking for a talented Customer Service Officer to be involved in our Pharmacy House Hospital Team, based in Estaimpuis.

Reporting to the Head of Hospitals Belgium,  you will be first line response to Hospital Pharmacies.

Tasks
  • Administration of the purchase-sale process: Sending of Purchase orders to suppliers, sending of price proposals to customers, encoding and following up orders and managing back orders (from Suppliers / To Clients), updating prices, etc. .
  • Organization of deliveries/ returns with our logistical partners (Post NL, DHL, EuroTransPharma, PDC,…)
  • Accounting for customers and suppliers with the help of the accounting firm
  • Customer service: contact with customers by mail and telephone for telesales, questions, quotations, complaints.
  • Coordination of requests between customers and pharmacist and QA department.
  • update and use of Logistics/Winbooks system.
  • Support to realize information and communication, for example for the distribution of new products, mailings with product info.
  • Support for stock management and forecast.
  • Purchase forecast: Contribution to the Dashboard (KPI)
  • Assistance in the quality management system (handling of complaints, updating of documents, classification, …)
  • Support in the administrative management of EPS BV
  • Pharmacovigilance: Collection of information and transmission of quality or pharmacovigilance complaints to the RP.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor or equivalent in Customer Service or Administrative Functions.

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS

  • Ability to communicate in  French
